This page says what we do with your personal data. Frontubo is the controller of the data described here. We keep it short because we collect little.
What we collect
| When | What | Why | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| You send the request or contact form | Name, email, shop name, the link and message you choose to write, the design you picked, the time you sent it | To reply, to prepare your store, and to keep a record of what we agreed | Taking steps at your request; our legitimate interest in answering messages |
| You try a store as a staff member | Your email address, which Shopify uses for the invitation. What you do in the store’s admin is visible to us | To give you the trial | Your request |
| You visit this site | Our host, Cloudflare, sees your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block attacks | To run the site securely | Our legitimate interest |
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and has no advertising or tracking scripts, so there is no cookie banner. The fonts are served from our own site, not from a font service.
The live demo stores are separate Shopify stores. Shopify sets the cookies a store needs to work there, such as the cart. Nothing in those stores is ours to track you with, and nothing you enter there reaches us.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the form’s server code.
- Resend delivers the email that your request becomes.
- Our email provider holds the messages we send and receive.
- Shopify processes the invitation and the transfer of your store.
Some of these companies work in the United States. They publish their own privacy policies and the safeguards they use for transfers of data from Europe and the UK. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
A request or message is kept for 12 months after our last reply, then deleted. If we handed you a store, we keep a record of that transfer for as long as business records are required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, receive a copy, or object to our use of it. In the EU and the UK you can also complain to your data protection authority. To use any of these rights, write to us through the contact page and say what you want. We reply within one month.
