Refund policy

Short version: Basic stores cost you nothing to us, so there is nothing to refund. The details below cover the cases around that.

Basic stores

You do not pay us for a Basic store, now or later. You can stop at any point before the transfer, with no cost and no reason needed. Tell us, and we remove your access.

Your Shopify plan

After the transfer you pay Shopify for your plan. Those charges, and any refund of them, are between you and Shopify under Shopify’s terms. We cannot refund Shopify’s fees and we do not receive them.

A store that is not what we described

If a store has a fault we caused, or does not match what its page on this site says, tell us. We will fix it, or, if we cannot, we will say so and you can walk away before you take it.

Paid tiers

Start, Launch and Pro are not on sale. When we sell them, their refund terms will be written on this page and shown next to the price before you can order.
